Answers to the questions patients ask most

Booking & visits

How do I book an appointment?

Call +91 76268 58230, message us on WhatsApp, or request a time online and we'll confirm it with you.

Can I send photos before I visit?

Yes. Send 3 photos on WhatsApp: your smile from the front, your upper teeth and your lower teeth. Dr. Sahu will personally review your photos and send you a voice message — this is not an automated diagnosis. You can then book a visit if you need one.

Where exactly is the clinic?

47 A/1, South Model Gram, Ludhiana, Punjab 141002, near South Model Town. Look for the red building with the RedCity signboard.

Cost

Can you tell me the price over the phone?

We can share starting prices, for example crowns from ₹2,000 per tooth. An exact figure needs an examination, because it depends on your teeth, gums and bone.

Is there a warranty on dental implants?

Yes. Depending on the implant option, your implant carries a 5-year, 10-year or lifetime warranty against implant failure. Breakage, and failure caused by poor oral hygiene, are not covered.

Treatments

Does every toothache mean I need a root canal?

No. Cavities, gum problems, sensitivity, grinding and even sinus issues can all cause tooth pain without needing a root canal. The right diagnosis comes first, because an unnecessary root canal can weaken a tooth.

Is getting a dental implant painful?

The implant is placed under local anaesthesia. Most patients describe the recovery as similar to having a tooth taken out, managed with routine aftercare.

Children

Do you treat children?

Yes. We offer gentle check-ups, fillings and sealants for children, and take time to make the first visit calm and positive.

Knocked-out tooth

Hold it by the crown, never the root. Rinse gently, don't scrub. Keep it in milk or back in its socket, and come in within the hour.

Severe toothache

Rinse with warm salt water and floss gently. Use a cold compress on the cheek. Never put aspirin against the gum.

Broken or chipped tooth

Save every piece in milk or water. Rinse with warm water and cover sharp edges with sugar-free gum.

Bleeding that won't stop

Press clean, damp gauze firmly for 15 minutes without checking. If it continues, call us.

For heavy bleeding, an injury after an accident, or swelling that makes it hard to breathe or swallow, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
